Lonnie Chestang, a resident of Fairford, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, June 02, 2021. He was 65 years old. Lonnie was born January 09, 1956. He enjoyed tending to horses and later in his life, Lonnie enjoyed riding around on his golf cart. Lonnie was preceded in death by his parents, Dock and Beaula Chestang; brothers, Warren Chestang and Samuel Chestang; sisters, Mattie Johnston, Estelle Johnston, and Dorothy Orso. Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Craig Pinkerton and Chad Pinkerton; siblings, Lillie Kinney, Ola Mae Garcia (Hector), Elvin Chestang (Dorothy), Kenner Chestang (June), and Tommy Chestang (Laurie); and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 12pm until the 1pm funeral service Friday, June 04, 2021, at St. Thomas Holiness Church with Rev. Eddie Stringfellow officiating.
