Frank Coleman Turner, a resident of Vinegar Bend, Alabama, passed away peacefully at his home Wednesday, May 19, 2021. He was 88 years old. Frank was born September 26, 1932, to the late Boyd and Eldora Turner. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict. Frank worked as an electrician for many years. He was preceded in death by his son, Frank Alan Turner. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Doris Turner; children, Wayne Turner (Pam), Carissa Coaker (Dwain), Greg Turner (Cindy), and Melanie Baxter (Brady); grandchildren, Shea, Dane, Amy, Rhonda, Leslie, Jessica, Brooke, Candace, and Christian; thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many other relatives and friends. A graveside service will be held for Frank 11am Saturday, May 22, 2021, at Shiloh Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Shea Turner, Dane Turner, Tony Cochran, Lonnie Smith, Daniel Clark, and Justin Carpenter. Honorary pallbearers are Andrew Turner, Holden Stevens, Jim Holland, and Lane Cochran.
