Shomo Weaver Jr.,''Buggy'', 81, a resident of McIntosh, Alabama, passed away March 04, 2022. He was a member of Reed's Chapel Baptist Church. He enjoyed listening to blues music. He also loved watching the Andy Griffith Show and Gunsmoke.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Shomo Sr. and Annie L. Weaver; sisters, Virgina Weaver and Venella Weaver; and brother, George P. Weaver.

Those left to cherish his memory include his brother Denny Weaver (Elizabeth); sisters, Ida Law (Ray) and Esther Johnston (James); nieces, Gloria Reed, Paulette Dueitt, Bernetta Weaver, Sharol Weaver, Cynthia Johnston, and Leola Reed, Lynne Weaver, Gina Weaver, Audrey Snow, Lisa Smith, and Patty Law-Carvelli; nephews, Duggar Weaver, Wayne Weaver, Ellison Weaver, Scott Weaver, Mike Weaver, Roger Weaver, and Tommy Weaver, Denny Weaver Jr., Jimmy Law; a host of great nieces and nephews; other relatives; and friends.

A wake will be held for Buggy on Sunday, March 06, 2022, at Freeman Funeral Home from 6pm - 9pm. Funeral service will be held at 11am on Monday, March 07, 2022 at Reeds Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Chad Orso officiating. Burial to follow at Reeds Chapel Cemetery.
