Alex Fox Echols, Sr.
March 23, 1938 - August 27, 2022

Alex Fox Echols, Sr., a resident of Citronelle, Alabama, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2022, at USA Health University Hospital. He was 84 years old. Alex was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed going to the Causeway to eat oysters. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Alex was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Lela Echols; and son, Glen Echols.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Anita Pack (Mark), Charles Echols, and Angela Echols; grandchildren, Chad Echols (Lynda), Daniel Echols (Cherie), Brad Echols (Dunia), Amy Evans (Ethan), Mark Pack, Jr. (Brittany), and Brianna Echols; great grandchildren, Destiny, Blaze, Destiny, Cade, Isabella, Breigh, Kane, Blandon, Haiden, Cami, Cali, Rustyn, Waylon, and Raycee; sisters, Delvon Wilkins and Clara Harvey; special family friends, Edward James and Mellita Oswalt; a host of nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
