Timothy Bradly Weaver, a resident of Theodore, Alabama, passed away November 11, 2022, at his home. He was 48 years old. Timothy was an avid Alabama fan. He was well known in the community, fun loving, and loved spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren.

Timothy was preceded in death by his grandparents, W.T. and Myrtle Weaver, and Sandra Loretta Burdett; and aunts and uncles, Lorie Bounds, Carlette Bounds, Valerie Weaver, Mavis Weaver, Francis Weaver, Lester Weaver, and Wendall Weaver.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Alex Weaver, Kayli Rivers, Josh Weaver, Brittney Weaver, Timothy Weaver, Jr., Naveah Weaver, and Tabitha Weaver; grandchildren, Tamyrin Mason, Kamyrin Mason, and Callen Judson Weaver ''CJ''; parents, W.T. Weaver and Betty Mae Rodriguez; special brothers, James Weaver (Mary) and Billy Croom; siblings, Derrick Weaver (Kellie), Sean Weaver (Veronica), Tabitha Weaver, and India Cousins; aunts and uncles, Victor Weaver, Tony Weaver, Sheila Comalander, Renee Shiver, and Wanda Burdett; other relatives; and friends.

The family will receive friends from 10am until the 11am funeral service Thursday, November 17, 2022, at Crossroads Church with Bro. Clevon Weaver officiating.
