Vince was preceded in death by his father, Clark Maxton Havard; grandparents, Victor and Edna Mae Havard, and William and Gwendolyn Maddox; aunt and uncle, Elaine and Eugene Karsner, William ''Buddy'' Maddox, John Edward ''Johnny'' Maddox, Rebecca Kelly Landry, and Lucy Maddox Sopotnick Sandstedt.
Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Patricia Gardner; brothers, Kevin Havard, Byron Havard, and Rex Gardner; aunts and uncles, Victor and Jackie Havard, and Joanne Maddox Garcia; cousins, Shannon Robbins, Courteney Robbins Davis (Jon), Victor Neal Havard, Gregory Havard (Jaime), Glenda Griffin (Dwight), Bobbi Jo Garcia, Cindy Garcia Beard (Robert), Chris Sopotnick (Cathy), Dan Sopotnick (Sarah), Paula Maddox Long, Samantha Maddox, John Sidney Kelly (Lisa), John Kelly, Jimmy Kelly, and Jerry Green.
