Bi, Ray and I thought very highly of you. We go way back and you sure will be missed. I can't count the times we heard you say, "I ain't drunk, but I been drinking" We grew out of all that but we had some good times together and we'll miss you. Much love, Ray and Marsha Heathco Oakley

So very sorry to here of Phillip's passing. Phillip and I went to school together and I have lots of memories going all the way back to the 4th grade in Mrs. Brownie Thomas' classroom. I remember when they built the "big" house and moved into it. Phillip drew a picture of it and gave it to me. That was big stuff in the 4th grade. I later became great friends with both Bobby and Chris. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all.
