Leonard Lee Staehle Jr. was born September 10, 1968, in Mobile, Alabama. He was the youngest boy of 8 children. He grew up in Citronelle, and then later moved to Mobile to start his career in Aerospace Technologies at Teledyne, where he spent 10 years. He also helped his father and namesake, Leonard Lee Staehle Sr., in the administration of his construction company, LB&L Construction, for most of his life. He enjoyed his employment at Phillips Frame & Truss in Foley, for the last 3 years where he was admired and respected by his coworkers and supervisors.

He is survived by his wife, Angela Staehle; his four children, Leonard Lee Staehle III (Amanda), Genevieve Emily Staehle, Jesse James Staehle, and Kaytlynn Ivy Staehle; his only granddaughter, Aerial Davis; the mother of his two oldest children, Sherry Hogan Harper; his mother, Nancy Linda Staehle; six sisters, Linda Turner (Ronnie), Linda Richardson, Sharee Wright (Bobby), Sharon Herring (Tommy), Kay Everette, and Aubry Roberts-Coleman (Steven); as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

He is preceded in death by his father, Leonard Lee Staehle Sr.; and his brother, Kenneth Rayford Everette.

The family will receive friends from 2pm until the 3pm funeral service Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at Freeman Funeral Home with Chaplain Rex Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery.
