Annie L. Weaver, 81, a resident of Mount Vernon, Alabama, born on February 22, 1941, and passed away Friday, May 27, 2022. She retired after 27 years from Mobile County Public School Systems as a cafeteria worker. Annie loved cooking, gardening, and feeding her family and community. She enjoyed traveling, gospel music, and living her life to the fullest. She was a faithful member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church. Annie was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Owens Sullivan; parents, Albert and Martha Lofton; son, Charles Douglas Sullivan; 2 grandchildren; 4 brothers; and 1 sister.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Vivian Lofton (Johnny), Renee Sullivan, and Fritz Davis; son, John Sullivan; grandchildren, Kirk, Dustin, Candace, Doug, Charles, Vivian, Matthew, Roseann, Thomas, Laci, Joshua, Caleb, and Jonathan; 33 great grandchildren; sisters, Rosie Rivers and Gennie Byrd; best friend and caregiver, Charlotte Giovinazzi; special friend, Myra Rivers; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
