Rita Cheryl White, a resident of Wetumpka, Alabama, passed away Friday, April 29, 2022. She was 62 years old. Rita was born June 30, 1959. She loved her family and adored spending time with her grandchildren. Her life revolved around family.
Rita was preceded in death by her sister, Yvonne Casler; brothers, Ronnie Cochran, Kent Cochran; and parents, Jacobina and Douglas Cochran, Sr.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 45 years, Terry White; children, Chad White (Wanda) and Kassey Hewitt; grandchildren, Madison, Alex, Laykon, Hogan, Cole, Dawson, Landon, and Shelby; great-grandchildren, Camden, Cohen, Jacob, Hagan, Layla, and Alexis; siblings, Danny Cochran (Diane), Sheila Smith (Donnie), and Douglas Cochran, Jr. (Stephanie); mothers-in-law, Patricia Strength and Ann White; and many other loving relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1pm until the 2pm funeral service Tuesday, May 03, 2022, at Freeman Funeral Home with Rev. Barton Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Deer Park Cemetery.
