Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, Rex and Ora Clarke; brothers, Jerry Clarke, Tim Clarke, and Bo Clarke; and sisters, Gwin Brannon and Effie Bankston.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Randy Madaris (Alisha); grandchildren, Jonathan, Kevin, and Allison; siblings, Thomas Clarke, Jean Phillips, and Ola Kate Briggs; and other relatives and friends.
